LSM exists to build meaningful relationships with students and guide them to find and follow Jesus Christ. Our ministry is high-energy and high-impact—a place where students can have fun, worship God, hear biblical truth, and connect in small group communities. Every environment is designed to help students take steps of faith and grow closer to Christ. We also offer additional events throughout the year to deepen relationships, build community, and put faith into action.
LSM is a student ministry led by our youth pastor and powered by an incredible team of adult small group leaders. Every week, these leaders show up to love students, build real relationships, have fun, and point them to Christ. Their faithfulness and heart for students are why this ministry is thriving—together, we’re committed to making Heaven more crowded.

Lifeway Student Ministry meets weekly on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm - 8:30pm!
The LSM leadership team is made up of adults and parents who are LCC partners. All adults involved in our Youth Ministry Program have completed Ministry Safe Certification, as well as a thorough background check in compliance with Texas regulations.
A typical youth group meeting is a lot like a Sunday morning… but for your students! A typical night includes a game or fun activity, worship led by our student worship team, a message from our youth pastor, aimed at what high school and middle school students are walking through, and a time for small group reflection. Additionally we host a DNOW in January, as well as a camp in the summer.
We follow the Celina ISD school calendar. When kids are out of school, we do not meet (Thanksgiving Break, Christmas, etc).
Yes, our group takes a break over the summer as an opportunity for our small group leaders to recharge, and for our staff to focus on things like camp and mission trips. However, LSM hosts activities and events throughout the summer to engage students. Things like fun outings, game nights, bible studies, and an incoming 6th grader party are typically hosted over the summer.
