Partnership is about belonging to a spiritual family that is committed to growing in Christ together. It’s where you move from sitting on the sidelines to actively participating in what God is doing through His Church.
When you become a partner at LCC, you’re joining a community of believers who are committed to loving one another, serving together, and reaching people with the hope of Jesus. It’s a place where you can build meaningful relationships, discover your gifts, and live out your faith the way Jesus intended when He established His Church.
Partnership means we don’t just attend church—we build it together.
Partnership in the church isn’t just about membership—it’s about stepping into the fullness of life God intended for His people. When you partner with a local church, you find a place to belong, a spiritual family where you can grow, serve, and be cared for. The Bible makes it clear that God designed His Church for connection, accountability, and mutual encouragement:
- Community and Care: Partnership gives you consistent access to authentic biblical community—people who will walk with you through life’s joys and
challenges (Hebrews 10:24-25). - Spiritual Growth: By partnering, you place yourself under the spiritual care of church leaders who shepherd you with wisdom and prayerful guidance (Hebrews 13:17).
- Impact and Mission: Partnership equips you to use your gifts to strengthen others and advance God’s kingdom (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).

Becoming a Lifeway Partner means committing to grow in your faith, connect with the church family, and actively participate in God’s mission through Lifeway Church. In our partnership Class, we’ll walk you through exactly what it means to partner with us and what we ask of all our partners.
Before exploring partnership, we recommend first attending Discovering Lifeway, our introductory class, to help you understand our mission, values, and how you can make an impact here at LCC. From there, the Partnership Class will guide you in taking the next step toward becoming a fully engaged partner of our church family.
Our Partnership Classes are offered quarterly and are held in person. After completing Discovering Lifeway, you’ll walk through the Partnership Process, which typically includes one or two classes—depending on your interest in joining a Life Group. Classes are held after our 10:30 AM service, run about an hour each, and we provide lunch and childcare so you can focus on learning, connecting, and taking your next step in partnership.
Partnership Class 1
In this class, you’ll learn how to partner with church leadership to grow spiritually, serve with your gifts, and make an eternal impact.
Partnership Class 2
In this class you’ll discover how God designed the church to grow through real community, intentional discipleship, and shared mission.
